My first NUMBER 1 HIT ..... AUG 31ST 2012. on west coast. country main chart spin tracking / we beat out little big town and pontoon that week . This Song war written about my Dad taking us fishing almost every weekend , we all had such a wonderful childhood the fish we caught and then my ties to music , i remember bring my guitar on the charter boat with me after i cut bait and got the polls rigged i went up on deck fly bridge and played my guitar till we got to where the fish where . I story of wanting to go back to the simple things in life .... also thanking my dad for the time he spent with us !
