Yes, it's true. For a minute there I thought this song wasn't gonna happen.. We had a studio date booked with our third co-writer, and when things shifted, the whole plan fell apart. I started telling myself maybe it just wasn’t meant to be recorded. But something kept pulling me back to it.. So I trusted my gut and walked into the studio with Mike Loudermilk—just the two of us and decided to take a chance on something that almost didn’t happen. And by the grace of God, this risk turned into an amazing experience and something I am very proud of!
