AJ Swearingen is a singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, whose fingerstyle playing and soulful baritone draw on James Taylor, Paul Simon, and Lindsey Buckingham. He has shared the stage with artists including Tom Rush, who recorded Swearingen's composition "You're Not Here With Me." In 2012 he formed the duo Swearingen & Kelli with Jayne Kelli, known for recreating the music of Simon & Garfunkel and other 1970s songwriters.
