Mike McEnery is a trop-rock singer-songwriter and the frontman of The Jumbo Shrimp Band, a Midwest-based group that has played a mix of original tunes and Jimmy Buffett favorites since 2012 in a style they call "Gumbo Rock and Caribbean Soul." His debut album, Where the Current Takes Me (2018), produced several Trop Rock radio charting tracks including "Castaways," "Tropical Empire," and "Red Right Returning," followed by the 2020 single "Buried Treasure."
