Ramajay Intercoastal is a trop-rock collaboration between Trinidad-and-Tobago-born steel pannist Quincy Yeates and Nashville guitarist/singer 'Tall' Paul Bobal, with percussionist Michael Robertson rounding out the sound. Formed in 2009, the longtime friends blend Caribbean steel-pan, rock, and island styles. Their album 'Jamboulé' (2016) — featuring renowned steel pannist Andy Narrell — drew Grammy recognition, with the title track written by Yeates.
